Lite Tech Solutions Limited ("Taxi Demo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and the regulations of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
We collect information you provide when you register (name, email, phone number, gender), location data needed to match you with nearby drivers or riders, trip history, payment information processed via our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave), and device information such as push-notification tokens.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, match riders with drivers, process payments, send ride-related notifications, respond to support requests, and meet our legal and safety obligations.
As a data subject under the NDPA 2023, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of inaccurate data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to our legitimate and legal obligations (such as trip and payment records we must retain).
We share limited data with drivers or riders as needed to complete a trip (such as name, phone number, and live location during an active ride), and with payment processors to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal data.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
