These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Taxi Demo mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Lite Tech Solutions Limited ("Taxi Demo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or booking with the consent of a guardian, to create a rider account. Drivers must hold a valid Nigerian driver's licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and complete our document verification before accepting rides.
Fares are calculated from base fare, distance and time, and may include surge pricing at busy periods, waiting-time charges, tolls and other additional fees shown before you confirm your trip. You may pay by cash, Taxi Demo Wallet, Paystack or Flutterwave. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned.
Riders and drivers are expected to treat one another with respect. We may suspend accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, unsafe driving, or violation of these Terms.
Taxi Demo is a technology platform connecting riders and independent drivers. While we vet drivers and vehicles, Taxi Demo is not a transportation carrier and is not liable for the acts of third-party drivers or riders beyond what is required by Nigerian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
